Instructions on changing personal information for foreign nationals with new UI No.:
1.The replacement of New UI No. for foreign nationals is available at the National Immigration Agency, starting from January 2,2021.
2.Instructions on changing client information are as follows：
(1)Come in person with new validity Alien Resident Certificates(ARC) to our brenches for applying personal information update.
(2)Using the method of e-mail application , please download “ client information sheet”and ”costomer information register/delete/modify iInquiry form”as the attachment.
Please stamp the document with the seal that certified by the account-opening brench , attached with the copy of new validity Alien Resident Certificates , and send to our brench where the account is opened.
3.To the costomer who had applied the E-Bank service, for the reason that re-apply sequence is required, please come to our brench in person with the original new validity Alien Resident Certificates and apply for personal information update.
4.The symmetrical update of personal information at the employer, securities company, public utility expenses institution and tax authorities after changing the New UI No. is recommended. For that the institution will be able to update the original contract and provide the credit&deduction service as usual.
5.It’s also reminded that the deadline of the statutory period of income tax settlement is approaching. Please check whether the UI No. that used at Financial institutions match or not, for your personal rights and interests.
